Our pizza is unique and very tasty indeed. The type of pizza that we make is called “Napoletana.” This pizza is cooked in a wood fired brick oven at very high temperatures (800+ degrees). The crust gets crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Add your choice of pesto or tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese and your favorite toppings and there ya go! The best pizza you’ve ever tasted. For real.
Our dough is made is small batches and with the best flour from Italy. Where possible, we use organic ingredients and cheese from local farmers in Wisconsin, of course. One of our new pizza offerings is the “Market Special.” When you order this pizza, you will get whatever veggies are in season as toppings bought fresh from the local farmers at the market that day. The toppings will change with the growing season. Sounds good? I know, it is.
